The model of work within the design process adopted by us includes 5 stages

Their course is adapted to investors’ individual needs and the entrusted scope of implementation works.

Stage 1 

PROJECT KICK-OFF

Discussion and understanding of requirements in the context of multi-dimensional design is the first half of the success. During the next meetings, we assess the investment and then create an offer which is customised in terms of concepts, capital and time for completion. This stage is of key significance in the management of the undertaking based on the established goals and priorities. 

Stage 2

CONCEPT

  • Inventorying

  • Detailed conceptual design
  • 3D visualisations

Based on the architectural inventorying of a building, we create the technical documentation which is the point of departure for conceptual design. During the next steps, we prepare the diagram of aesthetics and even more detailed studies, detail sketches and photorealistic 3D visualisations.

Stage 3

DESIGN

  • Assistance in selection of contractors and designers
  • Detailed design
  • Workshop design for elements of interior furnishings

We assist in the selection of suppliers and contractors, analyse valuations and prepare cost estimates. This stage is crowned with the detailed design which combines the activities of all entities involved in the design process. At the request, we develop the proprietary designs of unique furniture and elements of interior furnishings from the scratch.

Stage 4 

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

Stage 5

PROJECT CLOSURE

The ultimate verification of the performed works and the formalisation of all approval inspections are one of the last steps. In the end, we jointly sum up the project and it is a symbolic moment when we can celebrate the new life of the investment project. We always stay in touch with our clients, and – at their request – we also assist in the selection and purchase of elements of furnishings.
